Responsibilities:
Input into the marketing strategy, within your areas of influence. Identifying and pursuing relevant opportunities for the business that drives exposure and helps generate awareness and sales.
The creation and delivery of a detailed marketing plan for company
Developing, implementing and managing compelling and well-organised content based on a thorough understanding of business objectives, user needs and industry best practices. Specifically aimed at content that helps create demand for our products and services.
Developing distribution plans (in conjunction with the Digital Manager) for positioning content across omni - channels to drive desired business results.
Assist Digital team Community Managers in the creation of shareable content appropriate for specific networks in line with the social media strategy (Content Calendars).
Planning and preparing work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials, studying information and materials, and illustrating concepts by developing excellent work briefs for the design team.
Working with the marketing and design teams and conceptualising original ideas that determine the message the design should portray for a wide range of media including:
Corporate identity elements including signage and vehicle branding.
Promotional elements including promotional leaflets, broadsheets, product catalogues posters, etc.
Adverts and advertorials.
Packaging design.
Web and digital design.
Maintenance and organization of the product image library.
Etching and re-touching of images.
Formatting text, pagination and layout of booklets and brochures.
Take responsibility for the development, logistical organisation and project management of conferences and events. Responsible for the pre – planning, budgeting, co-ordination, management and wrap up of allocated activities. From conception to conclusion.

Requirements:
Relevant degree or diploma in marketing, communications, PR is required and a minimum of five years marketing experience gained within a business or agency environment.
At least three years proven experience in a communication, brand and or marketing environment.
At least three years proven experience in conference and event management.
Knowledge of food and the ability to cook.
Knowledge of digital and print production processes, including design, layout, printing and digital publications.
Knowledge of photographic shoots.
Knowledge and proven experience in conceptualising, developing and managing small to large scale activations, events and conferences.
Planning, budgeting and execution skills are essential.
