Marketing PA

The role will actively support the Head of Marketing, Marketing Managers and Marketing Team as well as engage with brands.

Responsibilities:

Full personal assistance functions
Liaison and coordination within and to the business
Ensure all managers are briefed and prepared for meetings
Meeting coordination (venue, catering, agendas, equipment etc.)
Diary management and travel arrangements
Presentations, reporting and correspondence

Qualifications

Matric with a post graduate qualification related to marketing essential (course, certificate etc.)
5 years experience – a minimum of 3 within a marketing / PR / events / communications environment
Valid South African driver’s license and own vehicle
Ability to analyse information and deal with it appropriately and timeously
Interpersonal communication skills with ability to create and maintain good relationships with brands
Organisational skills, multi-tasking ability but focused on delivery within deadline
Good proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
High attention to detail, accurate, quality
Interest in getting to understand the business and its customers
Excellent command of the English language (business writing)
