We are a small manufacturing based company and we are looking for a qualified and experienced marketing person who is a self started, work independently and can make flyers, brochures and newsletters to market new and existing products in order to generate new sales leads for the sales team and managing mail lists and email marketing. Must have knowledge of graphic design in order to maintain the company brand across all documents send out to customers and assist in building our brand.

Most important for us is the creation of flyers and promoting products to our current install base and generate sales and leads for our current sales team.

Education skills requirement:
1. 3 – 5 years marketing experience
2. 3 – 5 years sales experience
3. Proficient computer skills
4. Quickbooks experience – an advantage
5. 2 – 3 years experience in running an office
6. Must have traceable references
7. Sober habits and goal driven
8. Must be able to run projects and task independently and delicate tasks.

Job specification:
• Marketing of new and existing products through flyers, brochures and newsletters.
• Creating flyers, brochures and newsletters
• E-marketing of products on gumtree, olx, bid or buy, ebay, etc.
• Manage mailing lists and email marketing
• Generate online sales
• Quoting and invoicing on Quickbooks system
• Content management – Loading of new parts to our online system, receiving and dispatching of parts
• Supervisory/Managerial experience will be an advantage
• Building positive relationships with customers and suppliers

In the long run the person needs to manage the following:
• Marketing
• Online sales
• Managing of office staff
• Manage website administration (new parts, book in and book out of parts)
