This is a 12 month contract position.
Preference will be given to candidates who meet the BBBEE requirements.
Main Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide marketing leadership and expertise on all company accounts in support of the retention and growth of current customers.
Description of responsibilities:
To create, apply and execute customer marketing plans (brand/sponsorship promotions) that are aligned with Business and Account Strategy and continually re-align planning with changes in the strategic direction throughout the financial year.
To create multiple marketing platforms within customer accounts and provide the overall direction, management and execution of focused marketing strategies and plans for specific customers.
To continually create and manage marketing initiatives for employees working on customer accounts and to effectively support change management, communication and marketing for projects on accounts
Support training and information sessions of solutions and products to employees on customer accounts and to customers as required
To identify and support the account team with key growth opportunities on accounts.
To identify and optimise opportunities to advertise our brand and solutions into key accounts
To identify and create business impact platforms for direct relationships with customer executives, influencers and decision makers and match those touch points with the correct level in the company
Responsible for the management and execution of all customer events (including international technology and innovation tours). All events are implemented according to agreed objectives (in line with the company strategic agenda), within budget and timelines.
To manage allocated budgets and ensure effective allocation on agreed customer initiatives.
Identify and support the account team with key growth opportunities on accounts.
Qualifications and experience required:
3-5 Years’ experience in a customer marketing environment.
CRM or relationship management experience.
Experience within an ICT environment will be an advantage.
Grade 12 and a B Com marketing or related degree
