Our well-established company is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Business Development and Leadership Programme. Our company has many franchises nationwide and is constantly expanding. We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial flair and a determination to succeed for an entry level.
The role entails:
• Generating sales for the company
• Learning and grasping Business Management practices
• Training and developing a sales team
Applicant requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm with a strong desire to succeed
• Goal-driven with the ability to meet goals
• Professional telephone manner
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• A team player who is able to lead as well as follow
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good listening skills
• Excellent English written and spoken is preferred
• Other languages would be advantageous (but not essential)
No experience is necessary however applicants must be willing to learn from our reputable and successful training programme.
A Matric Certificate and South African ID are a non-negotiable.
