Responsibilities:
• Analyse performance requirements through training and skills gap analyses.
• Design, develop and review learning programmes and learning materials with supporting documents
• Facilitate learning programmes
Requirements:
• Assessor or Moderator (Coaching and mentoring, Management development, Generic Management and Business administration)
• A 3-year diploma or degree in Management
• ODETD Practices – Materials design
Experience & Skills:
• Minimum of 4 years' Talent Development / L&D experience within a corporate environment
• Proven track record and competence in course design and development as well as coaching and mentoring
• In depth knowledge of the skills development framework and associated legislation
• Proven track record in development of customized learning programmes
• Knowledge and implementation of blended learning methodologies (e-learning, coaching circles, leadership forums)
• Exceptional administrative and organizing skills
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
