As the Maternity UM, you will manage all areas including:

• General management of Unit including patients, staff & Doctors
• Policy formulation, implementation and control
• Financial management and budget control for your Unit
• Maintain clinical competencies and quality patient care

Applicants for this position must have:

• SANC Registration
• 5 years min. Maternity Nursing experience within the Private Sector
• 3 years min. proven Leadership / Management experience within a Private Hospital Setting
• An Advanced Midwifery and Neonatal Nursing Science Post Basic, not a prerequisite hugely advantageous
• Outstanding interpersonal skills on all levels particularly with Doctors
• Strong HR and Financial background
• Proven track record and excellent references essential
