What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Energy Consulting sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Data Extract, Transform and Loads

* Build Mathematical Model of Energy Usage

* Usage Optimisation Modelling
* Verification of energy measurements to be performed on clients' sites
* Report Writing in compliance with best practice and the published energy, measurement and verification and ISO standards and procedures

* 2 years Mathematical Modelling

* Operations Research or Mathematics Degree
* Deep and intuitiveknowledge of mathematical modelling
* Operations Research Modelling, Optimisation, Network Models
* Models of Energy Systems and Energy Usage, e.g. Factory Electrical Consumption, Fleet Fuel Consumption, Plant Water Consumption
* Extracting and Consolidating Data from multiple disparate sources such as Databases, Spreadsheets, SCADA Systems etc...
* Dealing with Technical Data from Factories, Fleets etc...
* Advantageous: Machine Learning - Linear Regression and Neural Networks

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R300K to R360K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
