Requirements:
National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Training in Inventor (desirable)
1-3 Years’ experience in automotive industry
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed design drawings and specification for mechanical equipment, dies etc. using CAD
Layout and draw schematic, orthographic
Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, layout etc.
Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for components
Position instructions and comments onto drawings
Design scale or full size blueprints of specialty items
