QUALIFICATIONS:
Completed Degree: Mechanical Engineering (with Building ServicesManagement)

EXPERIENCE:
Three years experience in the field of consulting engineering isrequired
Will be responsible for building services such as: Air conditioning, ventilation and heating and cooling systems, plumbing, civils, wet works etc.
Commercial and Industrial site experience / background isessential

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Working in the Mechanical Department, reporting to the Pr Mech.Engineer
Liaison with other professionals and / or clients to determine, define and document project requirements as well as specialist advise with relation to technical queries and the interpretation of the National Building Regulations (NBR)
Detailed design of air-conditioning and ventilation systems to large and small office buildings, factories, research and educationalfacilities
Detailed design and project management of the installations of mechanical systems including industrial refrigeration plants, domestic and other services
Contract financial administration, reporting and inspection of works in progress and complete work as well as compiling reports and snag and patent / latent defects lists
