Qualification:

BSc / BEng / BTech in Mechanical Engineering



Skills & Experience:

Experience in load calculations, equipment sizing and system design for Mechanical Building Services

Design of Mechanical Building Services including HVAC and Health Services

Prepare specifications, tender evaluations and manage contracts from inception to close out

Report writing; compile mechanical Bills of Quantities, schedules and specifications

Ensure all project deadlines are met on time

Maintain and ensure that all Quality Assurance procedures and guidelines are followed

Know and follow Health and Safety requirements, as well as the improvement of Health and Safety programs

Responsible for budgeting, system improvement and the management of project costs

Liaising with clients and contractors

Minimum 6 years Mechanical Building Services Design experience



Job Description:

Run the entire Mechanical Building Services projects from concept design to final client handover for commercial buildings and hospitals. Prepare tenders, design, run and sign off Mechanical Building Services projects including HVAC for Buildings and Health Care facilities. You will be responsible for all project documentation, administration, estimates, reporting and financial control. You will be responsible for business development and client liaison. Minimum 6 years’ experience in Mechanical Building Services design.
