MECHANICAL MANAGER REQUIRED IN MPUMALANGA

Requirements:

• BSc. / BEng in Mechanical Engineering
• GCC in Mines and Works
• 10 years’ opencast mining Experience
• Mechanical and Technical Skills
• Knowledge of service and maintenance on Earth Moving Equipment

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of all earth moving equipment
• Diagnostic and Fault finding on all machinery
• Planning and Scheduling of Mechanical work.
• Monthly reporting on departmental operations.
• Monitor and Measure daily efficiencies.
• Implement productivity improvement initiatives.
• Apply and monitor the aspects of preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate services of all equipment.
• Supervise repairs being carried out in the workshop.
• Assisting the Engineering Manager and the Production Director with the day to day administration and maintenance of all site and workshop equipment.
• Proper record keeping and follow up with the OEM's on all work being done on machinery on site and in the workshop.
• Ensure safety of employees and machinery.

You will need to reside in Mpumalangaor surrounding area.
