FITTERTRADE TEST + OPERATOR BACKGROUND
MINIMUM 3 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCEAS AN FITTERWITH OPERATING EXPERIENCE ON POWER GENERATION TURBINES, BOILERS AND ASSOCIATED POWER PLANT EQUIPMENT;
Ms Office packages (Word, Excel)
Excellent communication skills
Mentoring and Coaching
Knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act
Ability to use mechanical test equipment and hand tools
Turbine operation and maintenance
Boiler operation and maintenance
Problem solving skills
Maintenance of plant equipment
Be willing to do Shift work
Responsible for the reasonable operation of the WHR mechanical system
Personally complete WHR equipment and systems inspection work
Handle all mechanical job cards associated with WHR
Be able to repair and maintain power generation equipment
Conform to the Mine Health and Safety Act and SHEQ policies at all the times
Responsible for housekeeping in the WHR
