AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Preventative Maintenance

Managing breakdowns

Maintain high availability rates on all equipment

Implementing best practice in terms of fleet management

Take ownership of fleet management system

While the incumbent will be based at Head Office (Pretoria), a significant portion of his time will be spent on various sites and the person should be available to travel extensively.

The company runs various OEM equipment including: Atlas Copco, Sandvik, Doosan. Toyota, Mercedes, MAN

REQUIREMENTS

Formal qualification in mechanical maintenance

Minimum 5 years work experience

An in depth understanding of Diesel Engines, Hydraulics

A good understanding of Auto Electrical, Transmissions
