Qualifications:

• ONLY BSc Mechanical Degree
• GCC Factories
• OSHACT GMR 2.1

Experience:

• 15 years in the petrochemical environment
• 5 Years ‘ plus experience in the construction and maintenance petrochemical environment 
• Experience in engineering assignments in Project Management, Maintenance and Turnarounds.
• Experience in leading project teams in a manufacturing setting and achieving improved performance.
• Experience in basics of finance in order to develop and manage budgets, and have a good working .
• Experience in the relevant OHS act and an awareness and appreciation for health, safety and environmental issues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, chair, and minute the TA Steering committee meetings
• T/A Organization design and resource planning ensuring that TA resources (staff and contractors) are in place and fully skilled.
• Risk management (contingency planning).
• Contracting and Procurement.
