The environment is extremely pressurised, fast paced and target driven. You will be responsible for contacting clients according to specified campaigns using scripts to provide customers with essential and sometimes complicated information regarding products and services.

KPI’s

Sell Medical Aid products
Maintain, manage and grow relationships with broker consultants
Ensure 100% compliance on all sales
Capture applications
Follow up on existing clients
Excellent customer service

Requirements

Minimum of 6-12 months Sales experience (medical aid sales experience advantageous)
Excellent negotiation, persuasive and objection handling skills
Good numerical ability
Advanced interpretation and analysis ability
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Matric
Clear ITC
Clear criminal record
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
RE 1 exams and FAIS credits completed (depending on experience)
Proven sales experience including meeting/exceeding targets
