Medical Rehabilitation Facility Requires a Medical Case Manager - Cape Town

Upmarket small private facility situated in the CBD seeking a Medical Case Manager with strong medical rehabilitation experience.

Seeking a strong EN or experienced RN for a post in a sub-acute medical facility as a Case Manager. Good communication skills is essential, as the candidate will communicate regularly with patients, their families and the interdisciplinary team. Requirements:

Full-time position (8am to 5pm)
Strong medical background (surgical would also be suitable)
Experience as a Case Manager in a medical facility.
Can be Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse but must be registered with SANC or HPCSA
Ability to communicate with upmarket clientele
English as 1st language
Well-presented and well-spoken
Display initiative and loyalty
ICD-10 / CPT coding / Med EDI Experience preferable
Must have own reliable transport
Be able to multi-task.
