Our client, a leading IT Services Company, is looking for a Messaging Analyst to join them on a 3 month contract basis.

Your role will be to provide support specializing in messaging and collaboration technologies, supporting contracted customers.

Essential Knowledge/Skills: 4-5 years’ experience in the following areas

• Implementing and supporting Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010 (Exchange 2013 not a pre-requisite, but would be a bonus)
• Implementing and supporting Microsoft OCS and/or Lync 2010/2013
• Knowledge and experience of Symantec Enterprise Vault
• Awareness and working knowledge of email security and hygiene products like Symantec Mail Security for Exchange, Mimecast and Cisco IronPort
• Windows AD skills and network protocols and services like TCP/IP and DNS
• Excellent verbal and written (English) communication skills
• Experience of implementing and supporting Enterprise Vault and/or Mimecast will be desirable

Essential Qualifications:

• MCSE and certification in Exchange 2007 and/or Exchange 2010/2013
• Certification relating to Enterprise Vault and/or Microsoft Lync/OCS desirable
