My client continued drive to expand and provide world class services within the digital marketing arena has created the need for a Messaging Campaign Consultant. This role would suit a web developer preferably with email marketing experience, digital marketing experience, or a willingness to learn and grow within the digital space. Your main objective is to assist with project delivery, maintaining a high level of satisfaction for customers.

Responsibilities
Providing implementation consultancy, customer assistance and post-implementation support to clients in their deployment and use of specific email marketing technology, specifically (but not limited to):
• Working with customers to assess requirements
• Working with customer data to design the email campaign solution
• Configuring messaging software to customers’ requirements
• Developing bespoke customer solutions where necessary and documenting your work
• Creating implementation plans for new and existing clients
• Ensuring effective knowledge transfer to our clients and partners
• Aligning with the Sales and Presales teams
• Reporting on project delivery to the Project Management team
• Developing productive working relationships within the client’s business worldwide

Requirements
• A technical degree in a professional services-related field as well as working experience in a professional services/consulting environment of an enterprise software company or consultancy.
• Knowledge of online or offline direct marketing functions is an asset, though not required
• Comfortable responding to the varying demands of working for a dynamic, international company
• A self-motivated individual, with well-developed inter-personal & communication skills and a strong desire to succeed
• RDBMS & SQL (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server or Oracle)
• Scripting/Programming experience (JavaScript or other)
• HTML / CSS and web technologies
• Business analysis experience
• Linux and Windows Server experience (preferred)
• System administration and network administration knowledge (preferred)
