Minimum experience required:
• BCom (Information Systems) / BSc (Computer Science or Information Systems)
• Microsoft Certified Professional
• 10 years development experience
• Strong client liaison and stakeholder management skills
• Detailed and wide range technical knowledge across entire domain systems.
• Expert technical knowledge (Microsoft)
• Maintains high levels of understanding of product knowledge and business domain knowledge
• Excellent leadership/ management skills
• Proven process improvement experience
• Advanced design and analysis skills (includes database design)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• 5+ Years’ experience as an Application Developer / Programmer (CM)
• 5+ years’ experience using C#
• 5+ years’ experience using WPF
• 5+ years’ experience using ASP.NET
• 5+ years’ experience using Microsoft SQL Server
• Exposure to Agile Software Development Methodologies
• Mobile, Azure, Windows Store App & Windows Phone development would be advantage

Duties:
• The purpose of the role is to provide day to day leadership as well as technical guidance of a project team within the Microsoft Business Unit to ensure that the team achieve the necessary outcomes to ensure the effective operation.
