Job Description:
Mid-Level Business Analyst SDLC

Our dynamic, technology driven IT company has a need for a Business Analyst with solid knowledge of the entire SDLC, having themselves come from a development background
Maintains a high level of knowledge about clients’ business and related application requirements
Defines, evaluates and presents feasible and practical business solutions
Use of Agile methodologies
Creates accurate business documents and functional specs according to agreed standards
Identifies functional gaps for meeting both current and future client business requirements
Minimum of 3 – 5 years working experience
Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in business analytics field in a software development environment
Relevant degree or diploma
Knowledge of the SDLC
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is essential
Basic SQL query skills
Good knowledge of business practices, financial management and operational processes
High level understanding of technical architecture
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to see the bigger picture
Solid verbal and written skills
Eye for detail
