Job Description:
The mid-level developer is responsible for producing exceptional levels of work which create solutions which go beyond our customer's expectations. In this role they are responsible for setting the standards for the junior developers and for increasing the quality and capability of the business by continually seeking to improve their skills and create new processes and techniques which will enhance the reputation of the company.

Job Skills and experience required:
Full Understanding of the SDLC
Experienced in coding in the language required
Previous experience in using tools for Design, Development, Version Control, Testing and Deployment
Agile and SCRUM development techniques and experience essential
Previous working experience with version control software essential
Ability to complete coding tasks on time and to specifications agreed upon
Assist and mentor Jnr Developers with their coding tasks
Always taking initiative to learn technical skills required by the business
Strong written and verbal skills
Self-motivated
Ability to set and accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality support with limited management oversight
Strong technical skills
Ability to learn fast
The ability to work independently and in a team setting is imperative
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; the demonstrated ability to approach complex problems logically and systematically
This position requires handling confidential information in an appropriate and professional manner. Customer interactions must be handled with diplomacy and tact. Individual must be able to gauge the customer's technical ability and communicate with them in appropriate technical or non-technical language in a non-condescending manner.
