Mid-level systems analyst – x 3 – 5 candidates

Hands-on implementer that will be configuring and supporting client solutions. IT-sense (strong on database) with an interest in application design/implementation and the client’s underlying business
2 to 4 years’ financial services experience – investments or asset management experience will be an advantage
Salary range R24K to R40K pm cost to company depending on experience
B.Com, B.Sc or B.Eng degree with IT related subjects as majors, from one of the following universities: UCT, Stellenbosch, Johannesburg, Wits, Pretoria, North West(only Potchefstroom campus), Free State, KZN, Nelson Mandela
Above average results. Guideline is 60% average at university and A or B for Maths HG in matric.

To undertake technical tasks and activities that are assigned to them and to start engaging with the client. The role requires the individual to be able to start taking responsibility and accountability for work allocated to the individual and must start growing in business understanding
Management ? Tasking where applicable
Project Management ? Capture tasks on basecamp
? Participate in scrum/update sessions.
? Basecamp tasks are at a higher level
Design and Analysis ? Review requirements documentation. Involved in the design session.
Client Relationship Management ? N/A
Administration ? Complete timesheets in a timely manner
Implementation: Technical ? Completing tasks as assigned to the individual.
? Proactively provide feedback to person that has delegated the work
? Test peers solution
? Testing (Unit and end to end testing)
? Involved UAT
? Deployment in UAT, QA, Prod and DR
? Support and Maintenance
? System Documentation
? Take ownership of components of the solution
Implementation: Business ? Have a satisfactory understanding of business and solutions
