Our client in the Engineering services are looking for a Millwright, to come and be responsible of maintenance of production machine to an acceptable engineering standard to ensure good machine production rate.

KEY AREAS

· Preventative maintenance of all production equipment, utilities.

· Maintenance of production equipment.

· After hours on standby.

· Plan equipment safety.

· Participation in health, safety and environmental programmers.

· Installation and commissioning of new and existing plant equipment.

· Dismantling and assembling machines.

· Maintenance of air, hydraulic and electrical systems in plants.

· Moving and installing of existing or new plant / equipment.

· Occasional driving of vehicles to facilitate execution of maintenance tasks.

· Quality assurance.

Critical Skills

Operation of numerical controlled machines.
Maintenance of electrical switchgear.
Maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and rectify electrical, electronic and mechanical faults.
Recommending continuous improvements on all plants and equipment.
Proactive problem solver.
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Minimum Requirements

Trade test Millwright.
Minimum of five years working experience, two years must be in a manufacturing environment
