Responsibilities:
Normal and preventative maintenance of processing, packaging and services equipment to achieve optimum availability and efficiency.
Fault finding and breakdown/emergency repairs.
Technical support and advice to all maintenance and production teams.
Liaison with operating staff in order to improve machine performance.
Attend team meetings and contribute towards a process of continuous improvement.
Participate in Way Better teams.
Analysis of machine condition and past performance to optimize a pro-active maintenance approach.
Training and assistance to colleagues and production staff when required.
Assistance with machine changeover and start-ups.
Assist with incident investigations when required.
Will be required to perform both mechanical and electrical duties.
Perform root cause analysis on machine breakdowns.

Requirements:
Electrical / Mechanical:
Qualified Millwright with AT LEAST N3, preferably N4.
Millwright should be strong Electrical and not be stronger on the Mechanical aspects of his work.

Servo drives / Inverters Verispeeds:
Any make or model - Must be able to install and program parameter settings.

Electrical diagram:
Very important: Must be able to read and understand with quick fault finding.

Tools:
Must have own full set of basic hand tools for a Millwright

PLC knowledge:
Siemens S7 - Basic hardware knowledge and faultfinding
Programming knowledge and experience will be advantageous.
Scada system (Wonderware) - Must be familiar with it.
