A well-known mine based in the Northern Cape is looking for a Mine Overseer to join their team.

Qualifications and experience:
• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) Certificate plus a Mine Overseer’s Certificate of Competency is essential
• Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Production Shift Supervisor
• Previous experience as Mine Overseer would be advantageous
• Computer literacy (MS Office package) is essential
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Sound leadership skills are essential
• Valid Medical Certificate or be medically fit to obtain such a certificate
