General Requirements

Education: Must have completed a Bachelors Degree. Honours or Masters Degree will be a strong advantage.

Experience: Minimum at least 4+ years in an organization or a large firm is required.

Language: Strong communication skills in English language. Basic to intermediate communication in French is also crucial. (Language proficiency will be tested). Other international languages will be considered an advantage

For senior position: Capacity and efficiency in leading teams, problem solving and working under extreme pressure. Must have a track record of achievement in previous roles. 8+ years overall experience
