We urgently require a technician for our client in Bloemfontein. The position is for a Mitel technician as this area of expertise is most important. Secondary is knowledge on samsung pabx.
Below are the requirements.

KEY OUTPUTS:

Your key area of responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

· Installation, programming, setup and training of all relevant systems, hardware, services, and software
of related products and services.
· Setup and configuration of Telephony services.
· Installation of network and/or telephone cabling as and when required.
· Attendance of all service activities (whether on-site maintenance or telephonic support) assigned to the engineer per service level agreement timeframes.
· Closure of service activities as and when attended to.
· Conduction of site surveys as and when required.
· Attendance of customer and internal meetings at scheduled times as and when required.
· Accurate recording of all kilometres travelled and overtime worked and timeous submission of logbook and timesheets monthly.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

· Matric
· N+
· Working knowledge of VOIP products
· Experience/Qualification on Mitel PBX products
· Experience/Qualification on Samsung PBX products

The Salary depends on the years’ experience – between R18 000 – R25 000 per month.
