DUTIES include be not limited to:

· Driving Mobile Product throughout all areas of the business.

Raising Mobile awareness across the whole business.

Ensuring Mobile is given full consideration whenever a strategy is decided.

o Ensuring every division has complete understanding of how Mobile affects and is affected by their areas.

o Pressing for the execution of tasks that exploits the Mobile opportunity across all areas of the business.

o Providing Training tools where necessary.

o Bringing to the attention of Senior Management any issues which are undermining the success of Mobile across the business.


JOB COMPETENCIES

· 3-5 years marketing experience.

· Strong promotional, customer relational and marketing background.

· Mobile marketing and Operations experience non-negotiable.

· Ability to manage and plan marketing initiatives based on interpretation of analysis.

· Coordinate & implement marketing plans based on own decision making and analytical ability.

· Methodical, team player, work under pressure and prepared to work long hours if necessary.

· High numerical acumen!

· Conceptualize and manage implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.

· Manage monitoring and optimization at all intervention levels of the customer experience. Above average communication skills and command of the English language (written and spoken).

· Undergraduate degree in technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems). (Experience may take the place of a degree).

· Prior experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst advantageous.

· Understanding of standard software development life cycle for enterprise software applications.

· Understanding of standard software development team roles and responsibilities.

· Understanding of scrum framework and agile methodologies.
