My client is a Medical Device company who seeks to employ a National Sales and Marketing Manager for their Endoscopy division.

Minimum requirements:

Relevant degree.
Medical background is a requirement
Previous Management experience and Medical Background
Experience and existing relationships with Gastroenterologists and Surgeons is required
Clinical and Product knowledge

Role

Responsible for the management of the sales of products
Managing Product Specialists and Sales representatives on a National basis
Training Product Specialists and Sales Representatives
Driving Sales and Achieving Budgets
