Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ post article experience
Ability to determine and implement functional strategy
Attention to detail and the ability to critically evaluate the quality of subject matter
Ability to work in stressful conditions, tight deadlines and memories
Effectively manage decentralized projects
Ability to determine and implement functional strategy
Exceptional knowledge of and technical skills in applying inter alia, ISA, IFAC Code of Ethics, ISQC1
Logically and clearly presenting opinions and proposals
Developing and presenting training material
Willingness to travel
Convert technical information and regulations into practical tools

Job Description:
Manage projects related to internal quality and risk management on a national basis and for a number of other African offices.
Oversee development of risk management policies and tools
Manage reporting and relationships with relevant regulators
Direct and manage the full internal monitoring process in terms of ISQC1
Conduct technical due diligence reviews of potential business partners
Develop and present training related to quality and risk management matters in the assurance environment
Provide the necessary technical support to assurance engagement teams
Manage reporting and maintain international relationship with Group in relation to quality and compliance
