The Package: 

• Up to R20k (CTC) depending on experience

If this sounds like you; then you should really apply for this role: 

• 3 or more years’ experience in troubleshooting networks in a support role
• Firewall experience; experience with Fortigate, SonicWALL or similar
• CCNA Voice, CCNA Routing and Switching, Voice or CCNP or equivalent certification
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies 
• Well rounded experience with Active Directory and Exchange 
• Previous experience with VMWare and Hyper V
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about providing an excellent customer experience
