Formal Qualifications

Senior Certificate Grade 12)
• Insurance credits (min 120 after 2009/ Before 2009 :30 credits)
• Representative regulatory exam. Based on mandate from FSB
• CPD qualification as required
• 2 years Personal lines short term external experience in motor and household insurance

Required Experience
• Experience engaging with corporate entities and clients

Other Requirements

Proven Lead generation skills
EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS
Any vehicle/household owner
Lead referral agencies such as
• life brokers./• schools/ • private sector organizations/ • Corporate affiliations

Improve capacity utilization (productivity)
Generate sales leads to meet sales budgets
Maintain conversion ratio rate
Retain new business
Manage loss ratio's on New business generated
• Initiate individual initiatives to generate leads
• Complete market research and preparation to identify and target corporate clients
• Create Lead referral agency relationships / Create channel in order to acquire leads
• Educate clients on products and offerings
