The position of New Business Development Manager: Executive Education is a high-level front-end position responsible for developing, growing and managing the Executive Education client portfolio sales and revenue. It includes the tendering process for national corporate and government contracts as and when they arise. The primary focus of the position is to initiate and drive new business expansion and therefore all functions and tasks are dedicated to direct sales and revenue generation through client relationship development and management. The position includes and is not limited to developing, initiating and identifying the market of Executive Education for the Business School. The prime responsibility will be to identify and generate new business prospects and deliver a consistent and sustainable result in generating a sales pipeline.

• A business/ marketing related degree (preferably post grad)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Strategic New Business Development and sales in an ever-changing complex environment. Preferably with experience in education, learning and development or HR consulting environment.
• Sound working knowledge and understanding of alignment of learning and development solutions and interventions with organizational strategic priorities
