WELTSMAN GROUP is looking to hire a New Business/Marketing Managers to start immediately

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Must have at least 5+ years marketing/ business development management experience.
• General staff management experience will be an added advantage.
• Must have a marketing qualification.
• Must be organized and have excellent marketing skills.
• Fluent in English, have a flair for writing and social media such as twitter, face book, whatsapp etc.
• Must be assertive, goal oriented and able to pay attention to detail.
• Must be able to hold professional management meetings.
• Must be able to write reports and report at Management level.
• Marketing and promoting company image through branch management.
• Seeking new business as well as expanding our existing customer database. No ideas from Google.
• Planning and coordinating events when need be.
• Perform other duties when required by Management

NEW BUSINESS/MARKETING MANGER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Form and maintain on-going touch-point and bridge between Head Office and Branches.
• Marketing, facilitating communication between departments.
• Provide customer, consumer and shopper connected solutions based on Shopper Occasions Activation Framework to drive Brand performance across all Channels adhering to critical path management process. Serve as subject matter expert in Shopper Insights framework, and apply resulting design principles to overall Brand Program design, from strategy to specific Point of Connection Material (POCM) and assets.
• Conceive and drive insightful and impactful.
• Below the Line strategies and integrate these into Brand Programming to address needs of all Channels. Own Retail Activation pillar of Brand Marketing 360 plans.
• Continually research new and innovative approaches to communicating our messaging with our shoppers at retail
• Manage and improve communication and process relationships with Internal stakeholders, including Regional Trade Marketing, Field Sales, and NRS Coordinate with Brand VP, NRS and TM Channel Leads and Field Sales to determine the best Brand Program strategies for each channel channel Build relationships by working with cross functional departments and creative/retail agencies to ensure program synergies and success of brand initiatives at retail.
• Manage Program Performance focusing on delivering key metrics of volume and share to budget. Analyze RIO and provide strategic direction on program design moving forward.
• Doing plan within budget and marketing plan, after presenting with a implementation plan.
