Primary Objectives Of Position:
Supervise and co-ordinate the night shift activities at Front Office, acting as a liaison between guests and management in order to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble free and proactive service to customers in absence of departmental managers and limited staff during night.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide service and security to guests during the night, supervise and coordinate front offices night shift activities
Liaison between guests and management
Fluent in front office Technology
Human Resources Management
Staff Training and control
Laws regulation and policies
Security, Health and Safety
Employee Relation
All staff will get pension with Alexander Forbes. They contribute 6% percentage of their salary and the company will contribute a 6% (Total 12%).
