An experienced Night Shift Manager with strong leadership qualities is urgently required for an independent transport company. This person will be expected to manage & maintain the shift performance & to deliver best in class customer service according to the customer's SLA. The Night Shift Manager will lead and motivate the night shift staff to ensure the smooth day to day running of their distribution network, managing driver hours & ensuring clients receive their goods on time. You must be a hands-on manager of people and transport processes with the ability to use your initiative in pressurized situations.

Required: Matric/ Minimum of 3yrs experience in a similar role/ Fluent in English & Afrikaans/ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with internal & external customers/ Must be South African citizen/ Strong team management record/ The capability to perform under pressure/ Must be willing and able to work this shift 18h00 – 06h00

Salary: R20 000 Depending on experience
