NON GROSS RENTABLE AREA PORTFOLIO MANAGER

R35 000 – R45 000 per month depending on experience (Cost to Company)

We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial minded and self-motivated individual to drive non-gross rentable income generating opportunities for a large property development and investment company. Non-gross rentable opportunities include multiple initiatives, inter alia:
1. Energy management solutions;
2. Water management solutions;
3. Out of home and in mall advertising platforms;
4. Telecommunications management – rooftop systems and cellphone masts; and
5. Connectivity solutions.

Key skills required
1. B. degree will be given preference
2. Financially orientated will be given preference
3. Strong work ethic
4. Ability to work within a team environment
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Strong administrative, planning and process flow abilities
7. Flexible & able to use own initiative
8. Fully computer literate, excel experience needed

The individual will be responsible for:
1. Driving sales and deal flow
2. Deal structuring and negotiation
3. Professional team coordination
4. Feasibility analyses and cash flow preparation
5. Reporting to shareholders and management committees
6. Sourcing clients and service providers
7. Preparing presentations and presenting to clients
8. Drafting of revenue share agreements, lease agreements, service level agreements
9. Collating information for new deals

Prior work experience and skills in the following fields will be an advantage
1. Out of Home Media industry
2. In mall media/promotional spaces/kiosks
3. Facilities management
4. Property management
5. Sales
6. Financial/feasibility analysis
