OA/Telecoms Sales Manager Needed – Fouways/Broadacres

Job Summary
Manages sales of the company’s products and services (OA, Telecomms etc). Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve
short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
- Manages an assigned geographic sales base and products and services to maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives.
- Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales employees.
- Performs sales activities on existing and new accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with internal stakeholders.
- Manages and develops sales and sales support staff.
- Reviews performance of sales roles.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly targets and budgets.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Ensures regular reporting on sales performance to sales team and management.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to establish and control budgets for sales.
- Holds regular meeting with sales employees.

Skills & Education Required
A university degree/Diploma in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of seven years of related experience or training in sales management in the OA/Telecomms sector; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.

- A minimum of seven years of related experience or training in sales management in the OA/Telecomms sector
- Experience within Telecommunications and Office Automation
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Valid Drivers Licence
