Branch Administrator needed with Internal Sales experience for a well established construction chemical company based in Port Elizabeth
Minimum qualification :Matric
Accpac and Pastel experience essential
Main Activities
- Manage daily processes affecting sales orders from delivery notes and invoicing to the final receipt by customers
- Manage and control all document flow, customer supply agreements, filing systems and work processes, especially the ISO documentation
- Maintain adequate stock of all products to the three branches (PE, East London and George) and plan in conjunction with the Sales Team to ensure adequate stock levels
- Plan branch transfers from Jet Park, Cape Town and Durban
- Arrange and coordinate transport to branches ensuring timeous delivery as per their requirements and liaising with transporters with regard to price and delivery times
- Ensure timeous delivery of products in terms of customer and Sales requests
- Manage all purchase orders
- Update all purchases in Pastel and ensure signed documentation is sent to head office
- Assist head office accounts staff in resolving queries on supplier accounts
- Manage debtors accounts
- Manage and control petty cash
- Reconcile stock count with the Warehouse supervisor to ensure correct stock take and that all transactions have been accounted for/recorded with regard to stock variances
- Issue monthly reports timeously as require by Management
Own vehicle and drivers license
