Office Coordinator Debtors & Creditors
Accounts and Collections
In partnership with a leading Social Housing company, a talented collections/credit controlled is able to use his/her collection talents.
Key Performance Areas:
Accounts
Capturing New tenant (Take on) information and allocate deposits
Debt collection
Community Development
Tenant Liaison
Office supervisory
Office coordinator

Office Responsibilities
In addition to overseeing personnel, office managers ensure the smooth functioning of office.
Office manager also responsible for ensuring that the operating programs we work with is being utilised correctly and cohesivley.
With the increase of technology we need to ensure that the staff’s skills are upgraded to ensure they can utilise the operating programs effectively to improve productivity.
Oversee office and record and report frequent problems and find possible solutions.
Office manager must also oversee the receipting, banking, paying of invoices and follow up with unpaid rentals.
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of a Grade 12 is required.
Bookkeeping Diploma or equivalent years of experience is preferable.
At least 3 - 5 years administrative/ office management experience
Experience in debt and creditors controlling is required.
Experience in property management and property finance is preferable
Excellent computer literacy is essential.
