Job Description:

Double check suppliers invoices vs invoice to customers
Manage income and expenses files to be utilised by to the bookkeepers.
Manage creditors and debtors and compile monthly customer statements (Ensure payments are received from client in accordance with invoices issued as per the terms and conditions of service level agreements).
Compile monthly sales reports and statistical information for comparison with Pastel / Sage and decision making by Management.
Manage bookkeeping function
Responsible for all expenditure and payment of service providers
Monthly PAYE, VAT payments
Ensure tax clearance status
Manage shipping documentation
Manage the switchboard.
Manage the diaries of the elected management team.
Co-ordinate monthly management meetings, minute taking and ensure action plans are implemented.
Manage information and upkeep of database.
Update client and personnel files.
Stationary and office supplies.
Manage travel itineraries and scheduling of travel needs.
Manage office and pallet stock control.
Assist MD with all relevant instruction.
Assistant with financial queries.
Assist to draw up contracts with suppliers
Assist the Director with office duties and administration of all aspects pertaining to legal issues

Qualifications:

Grade 12
Formal qualification i.e degree or Diploma in Finance, Bookkeeping
Experience in exporting and international trade will be highly advantageous
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
Knowledge of international markets.
Knowledge of export and value chain proses.
Work experience in export and logistics industries (2-3 year)
Knowledge of logistical requirements of trading internationally.
Strong Financial administration skills and experience.
