Our client, a leader in the Mining sector is urgently looking for an experienced Officer Environmental .

Purpose:
The Officer Environmental is accountable for assisting with governance and legislative functions and processes within the Group Environment, with the maintaining and managing of monitoring networks, assisting with environmental audits and inspections and to provide a service to operational staff related to environmental issues.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
• NQF 7 (Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma) in Environmental Science/Natural Science

Experience:
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar environment or within an environmental discipline. Mining as well as ISO 14001 experience would be beneficial.
