We offer online English classes to foreign students using a programme very similar to Skype, except you are not able to see your students, nor can they see you. So it’s all audio-based, a bit like a conference-call setup. I would also like to make you aware that you will be teaching from our offices in the CBD, not from home. Because we conduct our classes 24/7, as a full-time employee you are required to work a minimum of 30 hrs a week including 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays a month. As a part-time/weekend employee, you are required to work every weekend and that consists of a 3-day shift; a Saturday and Sunday with a choice between Friday or Monday,, we would require you to work in shifts which will be further discussed in your interview, we have the following shifts available

• Morning shift: 06:00am-12:30pm
• Afternoon shift: 12:00pm-18:30pm
• Evening shift: 18:00-00:30am

We have three minimum requirements; please ensure you meet all the requirements before applying.

• You MUST have a clear and neutral accent, as you will be teaching foreign students.
• Be a registered student in your third year of consecutive studies or have a 3-year degree or diploma.
• Be a South African citizen or have a study permit/work permit that is valid for at least 12 months.
