Our client, a mining company with its operations in Africa would like to interview suitable candidates for a contract fly-in-fly-out position of Maintenance Manager – mobile fleet. Single status position with a six day working week.


We will consider candidates that meet the following requirements:

• Suitable degree
• African experience essential.
• Fluency in English, and some French (preferred).
• 7-10 years hands on experience in a senior role responsible for managing the maintenance of a large mobile fleet within an open pit mining environment.
• Excellent people skills with the ability to manage the maintenance personnel
• Needs to be able to manage the fleet, sort out planning, training, be very hands on and get things going
• Strong organizing and planning skills
• Ability to operate within a multicultural environment
