A Managed Healthcare Company based in the West Rand, has a vacancy available for an Operational Clinical Business Coach.

The purpose of the positon is to provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff, for quality on the job training to ensure that departments and teams are meeting quality standards and running smoothly and effectively to maximise the efficiency of the organisation.
Implement initiatives to improve overall service delivery and relationship building with both internal and external customers.
Ensure all compliance requirements are implemented and upheld.
Facilitate and document workshops and individual team engagements.
Provide coaching as required incl. but not limited to on-the-job coaching and focused coaching.
Evaluate a number of calls/queries per week per allocated agents and updated notes on the system.
Conduct internal QMS audits in line with the Quality Manual and Audit schedule.
ISO Accreditation incl. training, auditing and maintenance of all Accreditation.
Identify process gaps, define impact of gaps on inefficiencies, identify possible root cause, document and recommended possible interventions and present to relevant stakeholders
Meet delivery objectives through working with other team members within and linked to the department / project.
Resolve operational performance variations and problems and escalate unresolved issues to higher levels.
Ensure delivery targets/objectives are met and operate in a supportive manner to achieve successful delivery.

Requirements
BPharm Degree
3-4 years healthcare exp
Training / mentoring / coaching exp
