A massive company in Cape Town is searching for an Operational Financial Manager to join their team.

Job Description:

The candidate would be responsible for the full Financial Management function, including but not limited to the following:

• Preparation of Budgets.
• Management Accounts.
• Management of Debtors.
• Reporting.
• Analysis.
• Managing a team of up to 8 direct reports.

This position is a very hands-on role.

We are searching for candidates that want to get their hands dirty and who would like to be part of all aspects of the business.

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom Degree.   
• 5 years’ experience.
• Staff Management experience.
• Manufacturing, FMCG, Engineering or Construction industry exposure is ideal.
