Looking for an Operations Contracting Coordinator for a tour company.

Previous experience/qualifications:
Must have a min of 5yrs inbound tour operator experience preferably within operations
Excellent negotiation and communication skills essential
Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft office essential, Tourplan experience preferred
Sound product knowledge of Southern Africa
Work well under pressure

Duties include:
Request rates from suppliers and assist in issuing contracts
Negotiate rates and conditions with suppliers and clients
Develop and capture content
Load the systems and edit system content
Process and check transfer reports
Handle communication and administration of freelance tour guides
Assist the operations manager when required
Handle the operations emergency phone on a rotational basis
Assist with queries and maintain constant flow of communication between departments
