Hilton Hotel SA is currently recruiting for a operations coordinator position to work permanent

Job Purpose: The successful candidate is required to successfully coordinate the day to day training center requirements and Lead a team of 5 to successfully achieve goals. Liaise with relevant SETAs with regards to the Learner results and do admin connected to the learner achievements. Coordinate daily procurement requirements for the training centers. Conduct weekly sales meetings and coordinate the weekly sales report. Coordinate the weekly sales report to management

Responsibilities and Duties

Key Performance Area:

Training Coordination

QMS Administration

Weekly Marketing Coordination

QuickBooks – Quotes; invoices and Debt management

Sales Management & Reporting

Staff Management & HR

Procurement Coordination

Maintain an accurate and current database via Gold Mine.

Time management.

Attend tender briefings when required

Source and assist with tender compilation.

Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products, be able to highlight their disadvantages and promote relevant benefits.

Undertake any other reasonable duties as specified by Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Skills:

Sales : 3-5 years with traceable references

Staff Management: 3-5 years with traceable references

Education, Training & Development: 3-5 years with traceable references

Work Experience:

Minimum 3 years Training & Operation Coordination experience.

Experience in managing and closing the sales cycle.

Experience in managing staff & Sales Targets
