This non-bank financial services business is diversified by business activity across collection, transactional and value-added services with its main focus operating around collection services.
They require a graduate with a minimum qualification of a Degree in Commerce and a Post-graduate qualification is preferable.
This a replacement of a well-established vacancy.

Required skills and experience:
• 10 years + of experience in commercial trade credit
• 5 years at a senior management level
• 5 – 7 years general management experience (30 employees +)
• In-depth understanding of the commercial trade credit
• Experience in the development of strategy, budgets and forecasting
• Proven record of business success
• Proven track record of excellence, delivery of projects / results, project management and management of staff
• Proven record of leadership
• Displayed evidence of ability to select, grow and lead highly talented teams
• Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment

Minimum core competencies required, but not limited to:
• Commercial credit management
• Dealing with clients and maintaining high service levels
• Knowledge of credit, loans and financial products with the associated legal remedies on default
• Managing external service providers
• Excellent report/business writing and information presentation skills

Job description will include but not limited to:
• Design, adapt and implement The Company's invoice discounting business model in support of strategy.
• Taking the lead role in maintaining a consistent, high end product that delivers to clients a flexible tailor-made funding solution that meets
their funding requirements through effective purchasing of invoices and a reduction in their working capital cycle, through the improved
collections and transparent, aligned and communicated client objectives.
• Identify, implement and drive the way in which client relationships are fostered, nurtured developed between The Company, the Client and
the Debtor.
• Plan, develop and drive key credit risk management frameworks for invoice discounting
• Identify, monitor and correct key business drivers for credit risk and client service that will lead the team to focus on the correct actions to
deliver on strategic objectives
• Identify, design and drive the internal control environment.
• Drive efficiency through the effective utilisation of technology and human capital
